16 Week Strength Training Program

Strength System Online is an easy to follow 16 week training program that is delivered in 4 x 4 week phases. My goal with this program is to help you build a base, to teach you how to move correctly by providing a detailed plan and the education to help you achieve your goals. This program is designed to increase your strength and to help you become more confident with your training.

This is a strength based program which you follow for 4 weeks at a time, after which it is most beneficial to change programs to prevent your body from adapting and plateauing. It is essential for optimal results that the body is continuously challenged in order for it to change and develop. This program is designed to help you progress and I already have your next phase of the program designed and ready for you to start after each 4 week phase. I am sure you will love this training experience and I can’t wait to get you started.

Please note that access to barbells, weight plates, dumbbells and weighted machines are essential to complete this program. This program has been designed the program in a way to help you progress in strength and my aim is to get you stronger and more confident than ever before.

TRAINING PROGRAM

This 16 week program runs in 4 x 4 week phases with 4 weights based training days per week. It is best to change programs every 4 weeks to prevent your body from adapting and plateauing. This program is suitable for beginners to advanced.

EXERCISE VIDEO TUTORIALS

Exercise video tutorials of Australian Strength Coach personally demonstrating and instructing each exercise in the program, so you will have him working with you every step of the way to ensure you get the absolute most out of this program.

NUTRITION RECOMMENDATIONS

Together with our Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist Marika Day, you will receive nutrition recommendations to help you eat for your training.
